1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings. (If the Pop-up Blocker Settings option is disabled, first click on Turn on Pop-up Blocker. Then go back to Tools and click on Pop-up Blocker Settings.)
3. In the Address of Web site to allow box, type Access.Vanguard.Edu, and then click Add.
4. Click Close.

1. Open Netscape.
2. On the Tools menu, point to Popup Manager, and then click Manager Popups.
3. In the Allow popups from the following web sites box, type Access.Vanguard.Edu,
and then click Add.
4. Click OK
1. Go to the http://access.vanguard.edu web site.
2. On the Google toolbar, click the Pop-ups blocked button. When clicked,
the text will change to say Site popups allowed, indicating that the Popup
Blocker is disabled for the current site.
1. On the Yahoo toolbar, click the Pop Up Blocker menu (next to the Search
Web button)
2. Select Always Allow Pop-Ups From…
3. Add Access.Vanguard.Edu to the list of safe sites
OR
1. On the Yahoo toolbar, click the Pop Up Blocker menu (next to the Search
Web button)
2. Select Disable Pop-Up Blocker to turn off the service
3. Pop-Up Blocker is enabled when it is checked, and it is disabled when it
is unchecked.
1. Go to the http://access.vanguard.edu web site.
2. On the MSN toolbar, click the arrow next to the Pop-up blocker button
3. Then click Allow Pop-ups for This Site
4. This adds the web site to your allow list
1. Go to the http://access.vanguard.edu web site.
2. On the AOL toolbar, click the Blocked: # button that displays how many
pop-ups have been blocked
3. When clicked, the text will change to say Allowed, indicating that the
Popup Blocker is disabled for the current site.

Dilemma:
Popup blockers protect your computer from all sorts of annoyances, but Access requires popups.
Solution:
Enable popups for Access. Do NOT turn off your popup blocker for everything!
